Terms of Service for "That's Mine" Events

Welcome to That's Mine Events! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in any event organized by That's Mine ("we," "our," or "us") or any event held under the That's Mine business. By attending or participating in any of our events (collectively referred to as the "Event(s)"), you ("you," "your," or "Attendee") agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not attend or participate in our Event(s). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will become effective once posted on our website or communicated to you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By attending or participating in an Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any other rules, guidelines, or instructions provided by us in relation to the Event.

2. Registration

To attend certain Events, you may need to register in advance through our website or another registration platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.

Registration does not guarantee participation if the Event reaches its capacity or if there are other restrictions.

3. Event Conduct

While attending or participating in any Event, you agree to:

  • Follow all rules and guidelines set forth by That's Mine and Event organizers.

  • Behave in a respectful and professional manner towards other attendees, staff, and organizers.

  • Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including harassment, offensive language, or any illegal activities.

  • Comply with all local laws, health, and safety regulations during the Event.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the Event for misconduct, without a refund, at our sole discretion.

4. Payment and Fees

Some Events may require payment of fees for participation or attendance. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Event, which may include registration, entry, or participation fees. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for any other costs associated with attending the Event, such as travel, accommodation, or meals.

5. Event Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to make changes to the Event, including the date, time, venue, and content. If an Event is canceled, we will provide a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you in connection with the cancellation or rescheduling of an Event.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control), we may postpone or cancel an Event, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

By attending or participating in an Event, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with attending public events. That's Mine is not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or accidents that may occur during your participation in the Event.

The Event is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Event’s content, services, or the quality of the experience provided.

7. Photography and Media Release

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event. You grant That's Mine the right to use your image, voice, and likeness in any promotional materials, social media, or media outlets related to the Event, without compensation or further approval.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform our staff upon arrival.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and presentations at the Event, including but not limited to speakers' presentations, logos, trademarks, and proprietary information, are the property of That's Mine or the respective intellectual property owner. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use such content without prior written permission from the respective owner.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless That's Mine, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation in the Event, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage to property.

 

10. Health and Safety

You agree to comply with all health and safety protocols established by That's Mine, the Event venue, and local authorities. This includes but is not limited to following guidelines for COVID-19, social distancing, mask mandates, or any other health-related protocols in effect at the time of the Event.

If you feel unwell or exhibit symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending the Event.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

By attending or participating in any Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
